Eccentric shaft

In the design of the machining process specification and fixture design of the eccentric shaft, according to the production batch and actual production conditions, the process arrangement adopts a combination of process concentration and process dispersion, and an automated production line is designed. When the process is organized according to the principle of process concentration, machine tools and process equipment with a higher degree of automation are generally used. This greatly improves productivity.

An eccentric workpiece is a workpiece whose outer circle and outer circle or the axis of the outer circle and the inner hole are parallel and not coincident, and are offset by a distance. The distance between these two parallel axes is called the eccentricity. Parts whose outer circle and outer circle are eccentric are called eccentric shafts or eccentric discs; parts whose outer circle and inner hole are eccentric are called eccentric sleeves.

In mechanical transmission, the rotary motion becomes the reciprocating linear motion or the reciprocating linear motion becomes the rotary motion, which is generally accomplished by using eccentric parts. For example, the lubrication pump driven by the eccentric workpiece in the headstock of the lathe, the crankshaft in the automobile engine, etc. In order to facilitate the adjustment of the center distance between the shaft and the shaft, the eccentric shaft is usually used in the V-belt drive of the plane linkage mechanism. The general shaft can only drive the workpiece to rotate, but the eccentric shaft can not only transmit the rotation, but also transmit the revolution at the same time.

An eccentric shaft becomes an eccentric wheel when the circle does not rotate around its center. The eccentric shaft is also a kind of cam. Generally speaking, the main purpose of the eccentric wheel is to generate vibration. Like an electric screen, the vibrator in a mobile phone uses an eccentric wheel. The wheel is easy to manufacture and the process is simple.

Eccentric shaft parts are one of the common typical parts. According to the different structure of shaft parts, it can generally be divided into optical axis eccentricity, stepped shaft eccentricity and special-shaped eccentric shaft; or it can be divided into solid eccentric shaft and hollow eccentric shaft. They are also used to support transmission parts such as gears and pulleys in the machine to transmit torque or movement.
