Generally speaking, the main purpose of the eccentric wheel is to generate vibration. Like an electric screen, the vibrator in a mobile phone uses an eccentric wheel. Most of the eccentric wheels are round wheels because they are round. The wheel is easy to manufacture and the process is simple. Eccentric wheel, a wheel whose shaft hole is biased to one side. When it is installed on the shaft and rotates, the outer edge of the wheel pushes another part to produce reciprocating motion. Mostly used to drive mechanical switches, valves, etc.

The difference with the cam: The eccentric wheel itself is a kind of cam. Because of the different action requirements, the cam adopts different curve forms, and the installation position requirements are different. The cam method used is also different, so there are many kinds of cam methods. , Simply speaking, it is not circular and almost all rotating around the center is regarded as a cam. And the cam is not necessarily eccentric. For example, an ellipse that rotates around the center is also a cam.

Keep the outer handle and lifting arm in the above position, and put the inner handle in the "quick response" position. Rotate the eccentric wheel to make it closely contact the outer fork, and tighten the nut with a torque of 0.7 to 0.8 kg-m. At this time, care should be taken to prevent the eccentric from rotating. Then move the inner handle from the "quick response" position to the "slow response" position. At this time, the outer fork lever starts to move backward from the front of the groove bottom. When the inner handle is pulled down, it should move a distance of 4-6 mm, indicating that the adjustment is correct.

If the adjustment situation of the precision casting manufacturer is not consistent with the above situation, you should re-check whether the contact position of each fork piece and the roller is correct, whether there is jamming, whether the movement is flexible, whether each rod is holding up, you should check one by one. Exclude, and then re-adjust.

At the same time, it should be noted that when the hydraulic lift cover assembly is reinstalled, the gasket of the lift cover should be checked for good condition. Place the inner and outer fork levers in front of the control valve swing lever, and then tighten the hydraulic lift cover and oil pipe gland screws with a torque of 6 to 7 kg-m, and then replace with new gear oil.
