Magnetic pole

Magnet refers to a substance or material that can generate a magnetic field. It is a peculiar substance. It has an invisible force that can attract and repel some substances. Generally divided into permanent magnets and soft magnets.

Magnet properties: The magnet has two polarities, the magnetic north pole N, the magnetic south pole S, and the two poles are still N and S poles after being cut off. A single pole cannot exist. At the same time, the magnet has directivity. If you hang up a magnet, you will find that its south pole points to the left and right of the geographic south magnetic pole, and the north pole points to the north.

Magnet action

There is an interaction between the magnetic poles, the magnetic poles of the same name repel each other, and the magnetic poles of different names attract each other. There is a substance around the magnet that can deflect the magnetic needle. This substance is called a magnetic field in physics. The distribution of the magnetic field is usually expressed by magnetic lines of induction. The casting magnet technology is simple, the cost is low, and the performance of the same type of sintered magnet can be achieved. Casting magnets refer to permanent magnets produced by casting process, mainly referring to Al-Ni-Co permanent magnets.

The permanent magnet alloy smelted by the cast magnet in a vacuum induction furnace is poured into an ingot, and then annealed at 1000° C. to obtain an isotropic cast magnet. The casting magnet technology is simple, the cost is low, and the performance of the same type of sintered magnet can be achieved.
