We have rich experience in casting impellers and can cast various styles, including open impellers, semi-open and closed impellers. The narrow-channel closed impeller we cast can reach up to 3 mm.

Usually open impellers are used to transport low-pressure slurry; semi-open impellers can transport materials that contain particles that are easy to settle; closed impellers are mostly used in centrifugal pumps to transport clean liquids.

Before deciding on the process flow, we will perform X-ray inspection or sectioning (cross-cutting, vertical cutting) of the sample to check whether there are any internal defects.
